You probably need a custom zone stamp. It's easy enough to convert sf to acres on the script.
The difficulty depends on how much other information you want displayed by the stamp. Modifying an existing stamp can be quite a chore if it is one of the more complex ones. Writing a simple one from scratch can be almost trivial if the requirements are minimal.
