This same approach to optimizing a Pig could be used to optimize and manage the energy and environmental requirements of a building as well.
You could put a little .gps devise in the name tag of employees or students and adjust the air exchanges and/or air quality of a room based on how many people are in it. Heating, Cooling, Light, etc...
If ArchiCAD was what I wish it were, it would already be very good tool for producing an interactive real time AgriCAD BIM.
It would be great if ArchiCAD had hyperlink tools. That, and the ability to view objects moving around in real time in the CAD model would be awesome.
