I will check with the guys at GS.
I suppose the PDF has been moved to some other location.
I will find out and modify the link if that is the case.

OK, I modified the link, it is now working again.
A space in the link has been modified to underscore.

Anyone interested in this may also want a link to the software referenced in the guide. To export as gbXML, you will need Encina's gbXML Export add-on. The gbXML can also be imported by IES, DesignBuilder, and others. Download the add-on here.

Can someone help me where can i get this gbXML plugin?

Encina company doesn't have it anymore, and the other new company doesn't have free versions for student and their trial isn't awailable.
Maybe someone knows where I can get a trial or student version of this plugin.

Is there any other good way to import your model in ecotect with all the zones devided?

The software is now available from Cadimage. The standard download allows both for trial periods and student licenses. If you are using an educational ArchiCAD license, the add-on will automatically run without asking for registration details.
