Well, I tried the billing phone number for Ojects Online to try an get a unlock code and it is out of service. Also, web site comes up blank this morning. Anyone have a numner for Objrcts Online besides

Well, you could try the support number 813-236-7480. (This is a year old, though...)

A little off topic, but I still am using Chief for preliminary designs.

Billing and support numbers are the same. Definitely scary. I will have to monitor the credit card charge and dispute if I don't get a response from them very soon.. This is the thing I don't like about ArchiCAD. All these 3rd party plug-ins from unstable companies.
Are you using CA10 or did you move to XI?
I am going to take a look at the newest Softplan release. Who Knows?

If you can't get a resolution from OO, you can buy directly from Cigraph's website, and they are very good.

[ OT - still designing in CA10. Have X1, but waiting this out for a patch or two.]

Dear Mark,

I'm really sorry for your trouble but, please, when you write:

All these 3rd party plug-ins from unstable companies

You should pay attention to the big difference between who develops & releases the software and who resells it.
I'm sure that OOL has a temporary "black out" and that they will solve it ASAP.
We never forced our users to buy from the resellers of course you can buy from our web site (that also had some trouble in the past! ) but a lot of users prefer to buy from they local resellers because they are closer to them.

Can I ask are we limited to creating 10 stairs, my download is asking for a serialisation code which I can't seem to find anywhere. Any help much appreciated.
