About model and data exchange with 3rd party solutions: Revit, Solibri, dRofus, Bluebeam, structural analysis solutions, and IFC, BCF and DXF/DWG-based exchange, etc.
As far as I know there isn't a plug-in for AC12 yet. We are still using AC10 on a project because we only have the nwc-export plug-in for that version. On the NavisWorks website (Autodesk these days) they mention supporting AC11, but I haven't tried it.

I'd heard, but not sure that they won't be doing anymore plugins for archicad now that they are owned by autodesk.
You might look into Solibri, a competitor, which uses IFC.

I just read an article on AECBytes which talks about the new AutoDesk 2010 product line. There is one line there which says:
[NavisWorks'] Support for non-Autodesk applications such as ArchiCAD 12 has been updated, along with support for a new file format, JT Open, which is common in manufacturing.
