Archicad and Regolo

I had a question, I'll try to explain below:

1) we foresee a renovation case where the tiling of the flooring and the subfloor screed need to be replaced, to be calculated with REGOLO.

2) In Archicad I modeled the floor with "COMPOSE STRUCTURES" where I simply planned a floor package of cm. 30 consisting of:

- layer 1 (1 cm “type: finish” floor tile);

- layer 2 (subfloor-concrete screed “type: other” of 08 cm);

- layer 3 (Screed - reinforced concrete "type: structure" of 20 cm);

- layer 4 (Plaster - gypsum “type: finish” of 1 cm).

3) In ARCHICAD the "renovation state" can only be classified for the floor tool in its entirety and not for the individual layers.

QUESTION

How does the accountant, analyzing the model, understand that he must only calculate, for example, the first (floor tile) and the second layer (substrate screed)? Obviously I would not want to model by generating "as many floors" for as many layers as there are, nor make communications (emails and phone calls) to explain to the estimator what he needs to calculate.

I hope I have been clear and have a discussion as soon as possible
