In the AT3 ref guide it says that the elevation for the BASIN is user-defined by clicking on the terrain. This is very non-specific and I have yet to figure out where the elevation of the BASIN is user-defined. What part of the terrain mesh do you click on to define the elevation of the basin? When selecting the terrain mesh, the entire terrain mesh is selected and I do not see anywhere in the BASIN tool where the elevation is defined? I can't get it to perform.
The directions need a little clarification.
