Jolly, I think you wanted to post this in another thread that you started. In any case, there's no attachment. Use the "Add an Attachment" part of the posting form and preview your messages before you submit.

Also, it would be helpful if you insert your Archicad version and operating system in your signature. That will help others help you.

Cheers.

(I've merged the two threads ... but yes, we need the attachment. The original question does not really make sense to me.)

Jolly,

This is the second time that you have started a new thread instead of replying to the thread that you already started. Please be careful and REPLY to this thread for issues related to your schedules. Only start a new topic if it is an entirely new topic, OK?

Once again, I have merged your posts.

Thanks,
Karl

Jolly,

After looking at your spreadsheet, I believe the most efficient thing for you to do is to purchase a copy of Eric Wilk's book "ArchiCAD From CAD to Quantity Survey" which will explain how to import your Excel information into a database and then to use that to extract the model information you need.

The book is available in French or English for 40 euro direct from the author in France here:

and may be available from other resellers such as Cad Garage (US):

or perhaps someone closer to you.

Cheers,
Karl

That's because nobody else has replied. 😉 This is not a topic that will get many replies as only a handful of people do BOQ.
