CadImage not installing properly on 64Bit

I was very excited at the prospect of buying a new laptop in order to speed my work up, etc. (I've moved from a 32bit to a 64bit, Win7).

BUT CadImage is not working properly.
Images are not appearing in 3D, error messages appearing, tools not appearing.

Have tried to unset READ ONLY, clicked applied, then OK. Went back to check if read-only was still unchecked - no - still checked.

This is a student version of AC13.
