Not directly in the Interactive Schedules.
But you can add a parameter for the number of hooks and have the object script calculate and alter that parameter.
Then you schedule the parameter.
Similar for the length - if you want it rounded up to particular lengths then it has to be done in the scripts and set as parameter.
It can be done without saving as a parameter if you use the old List Scheme and the Property Script in the object, but if you are not using that already I would go with the setting a parameter and scheduling it.
