Can't convert Arc10 into ArtlantisSt...

Hi

When I try to convert my model from Archicad10 to Art.lantis Studio
it fails and gives me a warning message saying "Cannot write output file". it always fails at the phase 2 (saving polygons)
If anybody can help please reply.

Check whether you have any walls with zero height, that was the problem I fought with the last week.

Also, check if you have roofs and slabs with zero thickness. Did not try if this is also a problem, but I guess it is.
