ACIS Solids are in no way related to the geometry that is generated in ArchiCAD. So I wouldn't suspect it to be possible at all!
Unless you are a smart developer that can convert all ArchiCAD geometry out of ArchiCAD into the ACIS *.sat format.
The geometric kernel for ACIS is unrelated to GDL so it's not possible.

There are MCAD tools that can do their best to convert polygonal geometry into real solids, if that is what you need. I'm not using any of them so I'm not the best source for this info, but you might check out tools like CATIA, Inventor, SolidEdge, Pro-Engineer, Vellum etc...
