Engineer cannot use the exported dwg file from Archicad

Hi,

trying to send project information to the Engineer in a dwg format and he cannot use the information. He says it contains only the text and not any drawing work. 

I did send all the files that Archicad created when saving as a dwg. Tried to explain how to relink xrefs back to the file but still he did not manage to open it up. 

How do I fix this?

Try to create a new DWG translator. In Save options, select Paper Space with Full View’s content as the value from Save Layout into options and Single DXF/DWG file from Place Drawings into options. Then there are no XREFs to begin with.
