We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of security and reliability for our shared services. As part of our ongoing efforts to protect our systems and prevent potential risks, we will perform essential security upgrades that require a temporary outage of our services.

These services will be affected during the maintenance window:
• License delivery/license management services
• GSID customer and company management services
• BIMcloud SaaS
• Graphisoft Store
• BIMx Web Viewer
• Graphisoft Learn
• Graphisoft Community
Important notes:
- Authentication services (GSID login) will continue to work during the maintenance. This means that websites or features relying solely on authentication without requiring license checks will remain functional.
- Downloaded CodeMeter software licenses and connected CodeMeter hardware licenses will remain operational during the maintenance period.
Please note that uploading and downloading software keys, as well as updating hardware keys, will not be possible.
- Due to technical limitations, authentication in Archicad 24 or older versions, as well as LMT, will be temporarily inoperative.
- SSA validation and related online services that require authentication will be unavailable during the maintenance period; other SSA services may not be impacted.
- All previously reserved Cloud licenses (both named and floating) will continue to work for the current assignees. However, after 12:00 CEST on the maintenance day, reassigning cloud licenses and transferring them between computers will not be possible until services are restored.
- Cloud licenses assigned to groups (floating cloud licenses):
To prevent interruptions, we are temporarily increasing the token expiration time for floating licenses from 10 minutes to 9 hours. This means:
- Starting from 8:00 CEST on July 26, any floating license acquired will remain reserved for the same user for up to 9 hours, even if Archicad is closed during that time. These licenses will not be released automatically until the end of the maintenance.
- Please note that BIMcloud SaaS may also be unavailable during this time, which could result in Archicad operating in offline mode.
We will work to complete the upgrades as quickly as possible and restore all services promptly.
