I'm looking for a way to connect one element to another in ArchiCAD. Like the door automation to the door in the attachment. It's for use in Solibri where I want to list which door every automation is connected to. I don't really know what to look for since I've never done this before.
I don't even know if it's possible...

Mats

Hi Mats,
Not to sure if this would be help but within the IFC Project Manager you can create IFC Groups in which you could assign the door and the element above. That way when you export the IFC and view it in Solibri you'll see a groups folder with all of the doors which have these additional elements attached.
I've placed two screenshots below which show a door and the above element (slab) assigned to an IFC Group in ARCHICAD and how Solibri views this information.
Cheers,
Marcus
