D&W builder crashes

Does anyone else have this problem when you go to move a door, D&W builder R-14 crashes, but R-13 does not seem to?

Include brief details of the problem. What version of ArchiCAD your are using, and which platform you are on.


Note there have been numerous updates to this tool in recent weeks. I would suggest as a start point, obtaining the latest updates from:
