There are different ways how to get a door schedule like that, but I guess you'd like to know if it can be generated like that without further manipulation. Although I have spent quite some time to experiment with schedule settings I was not able to get a schedule which wouldn't need further editing - in my case I always have to manually add some dimension lines (sometimes even enhance the door drawing as the default library part options are limited) and add the final description on the layout, where the door schedule drawing is placed.

The door/window schedule tools could use an update.

Out of the box Revit does not produce such a schedule but there are add ons that enable schedules such as your image to be produced. I’m sure an add on / script could be written for Archicad to produce such a schedule

the archicad lists ( the oldschoold scheduelling technique) can do this, but i never got to understand how it works... a very dark side inside archicad, and no informations or tutors about that in the web except of the calculation guide.
scheduelling graphical items have to be revisited
