Drawing List / Index

Ok this might be a little confusing how i explain this, but bear with me....I have a drawing list on my cover page, but i don't want it to show all the windows (drawing views) on the page.

How do i make them not show up in the list, as at the moment they are there just without a ID number and drawing name. So leaves a blank space in the list.

Here is an image of the drawing list to help show what im talking about:

Thanks in advance.

Try Project Indexes > Sheet Index instead of Drawing List

Cheers David, but is there a way to make the drawing list not show the drawings i don't want?

Also when i created the sheet index only the layout name comes through, how do i get it to show the view windows on those layouts?

FYI im still very new to ArchiCAD

Place a view of the Sheet Index (from View Map, not Project Map) on your layout and crop out the bits you don't want. Just stretch the border with the pet palette.

Your original post said you didn't want to see these

lol, looks like im not explaining what i want correctly let me try again.

I have created all the views i wanted on my sheet e.g Site Plan, North, south west and east elevations and another view box for notes

Ok here is a image, this might be better to show wat i mean

pokit.org/get/?0b0f1f9b7b91b0fef0e64bc615e18b79.jpg

The ones i have circled in blue i don't want them to show up in the drawing list, i have just made the drawing name and drawing id black so they don't show up on the drawing list (they just show up as a empty line - see yellow marking on image)

How do i make them not even register on the drawing list?

do you understand now?

Here's a clunky work-around.
If all the drawings on your sheet are at least 100% magnification....
and a criteria to your list "resize is greater than or equal to 100%"

Then change the magnification of the items you don't want in your list to something smaller. i.e. 99.9999% It works in your case as they are not drawings that need to be to scale. Yes?
Make sense?
