Export to FormZ

I've been asked to do a model of a building that will fit into a campus of other models in FormZ...

Looking for the best way to get it there.....

Oddly, the FormZ people will be then sending it on to a group for rendering in 3dMax... But they need to fit my building in and prep for rendering...

Any advice greatly appreciated.

3ds format is okay, just chechk exporting options that AC writes textures and makes them by material, right scale?
