Expression/ Formula to find quantity (numbers) of Lamps/ Objects

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hello All,
I am looking for an "Expression"/ "Formula" to be inserted in "Expression Based Properties" to find the Quantity (Numbers) of Lamps placed in the project. The purpose is to make further calculations based on that result.
May be a solution is already present in the software but I am not able to conceive.

Thanks in anticipation!

As far as I know you will have to manually input the total number yourself.
The only way to get the total number is to create an interactive schedule to do the count.
However, an object has no way to access this schedule and is not aware of the other objects placed in the model, so it has no way to know the total number of placed lamps unless you manually tell it.

But if anyone knows a way to do it then please share.
