Expression.....ratio

So....being new at this expression thing in AC22, I need some help trying to figure this out.
I'm currently going through the videos from Graphisoft to get my head around it but could use some help.

I'm try to figure out how to get a ratio between the measured area of zones, on 2 different layers to appear in a schedule....is this even possible..?

Say I've got an zone measured area for the site on one layer, and then multiple levels of measured gross floor area on a number of levels on a different layer. I can get all the measured ares in a schedule but is it possible to get the summary of the ration between the two areas...?

If I understand your problem properly - unfortunately no.

The properties (and hence the expressions in them) are applicable to each zone separately.
Your zones can not 'talk' to each other and therefore one zone does not know the area of any other zone.
Yes the schedule can give you all the zone values, but the calculations are not done in the schedule, they are performed in each zone before they get to the schedule.

It is possible, but not automatic, if you add a property that is associated to the zones and manually enter the main zone area in this property.
Then you can create another property with an expression that calculates the ratio for you.
This can then be listed in your schedule.

In this case you might look at exporting the schedule to Excel and there configuring the formula and then link back. It works rather nicely.
