Hello, I recently installed BIMcloud, I have already created the users, I have already done all the necessary procedures, but when one of my users tries to enter the teamwork with the link address provided by the BIMcloud, I get the message "server failure" and when checking the address of the link it appears as a failure with the DNS, please, someone help me, it is urgent

What does the Run Network Diagnostic show? It could potentially be a firewall or closed port issue.
Are you running BIMcloud install on your local network, or BIMcloud SaaS?
Are they able to login to BIMcloud via the webinterface?
