Hello,

I am new here. When I explode the PDF file into archicad, it doesn't recognize text, objects, lines, doors, or anything and has simply broken the pieces apart into thousands of lines. Help?

You won't have objects, doors, walls etc.

You will end up with just lines, fills and single line texts.

That is all a PDF contains.

That is only if the PDF is saved from a vectorial program like Archicad.

If it is a scan from a printer it will not explode at all as it is just a bitmap image.
