Is there a native way to make the terrain slope cut not reflect straight but on a slope? I've seen thousands of videos, and none of them give a "quick" result like Revit or SketchUp. I know there are some extensions like the Terrain Tool, but I can't find where to download them 😞 It's worth noting that I have a student license.

As in show batters?
This is what I do.
Create your mesh with contours.
Place a fill to represent the sand pad (flat area).
Place a spline to represent the extent of cutting and another for the extent of fill.
Select the mesh and make sure the mesh tool is active.
Magic wand on the fill and the splines and 'Add New Points' with 'Fit to User Ridges'.
This will add contours for these areas that match the slope of the site.
Now select the mesh and click on one of the nodes for the sand pad extent.
Adjust the height with the pet palette and set the height to the level you want the flat pad to be (the equal cut/fill level).
Make sure 'Apply to All' is selected.
You should now have a mesh with sloping batters.
If you don't want the original contours running trough the flat area, 'Cut a Hole instead for that flat are instead of 'Fit to User Ridges'.
Then fill the hole with another (flat) mesh or slab to plug the gap.
