I'm trying to open 3d in archicad25 but mesh and roof attacked by this colour I need help

It means that the photo of the texture is missing. you can select the mesh and check the texture. or assign a new material.

As Ady84a said, check out the surface texture that has been used for this mesh, go to option > attribute manager > surface > click on the mesh surface > click on the arrow and then browse texture > change the image or load image or texture from library:
