IFC and SEO

Does anyone know if there are limitations with SEO created in ArchiCAD and saving as IFC? See images below.

I have tried a few different IFC options.

It looks like the solid elements you are using to cut the openings are being exported. Try exporting visible layers only. You could also hide (or even delete) them in Revit.

Tried that already, no luck. Can't delete it, it doesnt appear to even create the cut out.

Why not just use doors instead of SEOs then?

Because it's an extruded slab, to create the wall panels. I can model it differently if needed. But do SEO's work at all when exporting as IFC? After a basic slab test I believe not unless I am missing a setting.

I've had no significant problems with SEOs and IFC.

In AC11 I had some elements appearing in Revit which represented some roof cuts using SEOs. They appeared as yellow wireframes and were easily deleted with no ill effects.

Perhaps if you set the SEO layer to wireframe.

If your SEO layer is set to wire frame try changing it to solid and then save out for IFC.
