Recently Archicad has passed the certification for exchange in IFC4.

Do you think this big step will be available in previous versions, such as AC22 with an update or an upgrade to AC23 is necessary?

Hello,

I don't think so
I've never seen any kind of step or big step available by updating an AC
Updating AC deals with technical update to resolve bugs (3006, 4020, 5014, 7007, 8004, etc. ...)
A new functionality means a new AC

I don't think so, neither.

Regarding same topic, do you think this IFC4 RV certification (https://www.buildingsmart.org/compliance/software-certification/certified-software/ WEB not UPDATED !!!! ) called "Architectural Reference Exchange" is also for STR and MEP disciplines?
