Importing sketchup files

Hi! I'm fairly new to archicad and still figuring my way around. I'm trying to import quite an organic shape from sketchup into archicad 11 and am having some trouble. I've downloaded the add on software and followed the pdf file.. but when i import it automatically, it brings up the library report and says missing zone stamps. When I try to import it manually, Archicad closes this box and 'loads' but nothing actually appears in the document.

Can someone please help as I am trying to do this for a university assignment and cannot figure it out

Thanks!!

you can ignore the missing zone stamps they will not affect your project. If I remember correctly after importing you can either have to place the object (click on the chair icon) or verify that AC processed all the objects by checking the 3D view.
