I have been interested in buying ArchiTile from Cigraph for my AC12 version, but I have sent a couple of emails since 2 weeks ago to them asking for the price and when are the AC12 plug ins will be ready.
I have had NO answer from Cigraph at all, it is my first time I look to buy ArchiTile because it looks like a very good add-on that I can use in my office, but as more as I read comments about Cigraph, I get more and more disaponted with their service and as more as I read it looks like it's more dificult to use because of their wibu key.
Does any body has had any problems with this company and their products?
They look very interesting but I have my doubts about how serious they are doing business.
