Lineal wall calculation. interior only

I know that ArchiCAD can calculate materials for you but we have not had to use this feature as of yet. However, a client needs us to calculate the quantity of carpet base which will be required so we need the lineal feet of wall for the interior of the building. I'd appreciate some help.

I think the zone tool can give you perimeter measurements. The "Zone Identifier 2 SE9" has this option but it doesn't seem to reduce for openings. This might be possible with a little programming, or someone may already have on that does this.
