Has anyone tried linking AC to Specification information? I seem to recall that there was a way on windows but not on Mac and that it was microsoft based. Any comments and/or ideas much appriciated.

M$ Office files?

OLE in PlotMaker. Place linked object, select an XLS sheet or a word doc.
