Metric to Imperial import, in 1:50 and 1:100 scale?

I have a couple of drawings (.dwg) from overseas that I need to import into Archicad 9 that are in a metric system. They have also been drawn in 1:50 and 1:100 scale. Does anyone have a translator or can anyone help me out with writing one or figuring one out...

1:50 is the 'metric equivalent' of 1/4" = 1'-0"
1:100 is the 'metirc equivalent' of 1/8" = 1'-0"

Alternatively,

1/4" = 1'-0" = 1:48
1/8" = 1'-0" = 1:96

You shouldn't have to do any more math, just make sure your units and views are set to imperial.
