Object export to Navisworks

I am currently testing exporting to navisworks from AC15 and upto now it has worked pretty well.

There is one thing I can't seem to find the answer to, there are two object types that get exported. This is either;

Type: Object

or

Type: Object Library Part

both object types give me different parameter properties once exported to Naviswork. It would helpful to know the difference between the two and if possible how can I make all my objects export as one or the other.

Any ideas please chuck them in the mixer.

I keep getting the warning message:

"Cannot write output file I/O error."

Did you get this or you could bypass this step?
