Program is skipping quantifying of “Hot-Linked Elements”.

Dear all,
Please refer to the schedule. Floor area calculation of circled elements is skipped by the program. The reason, they are elements from “Hot-linked modules”.
These slabs have same Classification “Slabs” as of the element SLA-003, which is native element of the project. The program returns values of the SLA-003.
Program is skipping quantifying of “Hot-Linked Elements”.
Will someone help me find out reason for this?
