Property Manager blank / empty / missing

When I open my property manager in any of my Archicad files, there are no properties. Everything is greyed out / missing. Anyone know why this is?

In the past, I've been able to access all my properties and make changes.

What happens if you click the small down-pointing arrow that is displayed at the top of the left edge of the Dialog, just below the title bar? It should expand the Dialog so you see the Property Manager tree on the left.
Then, if you find that you do not have any Properties in the file, you can use the Import button at the bottom to import Properties from other Archicad files or default Archicad Template files.
