Scale a 2d dwg

I have a 2d dwg. I would like to scale it 1000 times. Is this possible?

If you have imported the DWG then select the elements and use menu command "Edit>Reshape>Resize". Specify resize mathematically not graphically then enter 1000:1 and you're done.
