About model and data exchange with 3rd party solutions: Revit, Solibri, dRofus, Bluebeam, structural analysis solutions, and IFC, BCF and DXF/DWG-based exchange, etc.
If you have imported the DWG then select the elements and use menu command "Edit>Reshape>Resize". Specify resize mathematically not graphically then enter 1000:1 and you're done.
