2D Plan Preview scale changes unexpectedly in Interactive Schedule

Hello Archicad Community,

I am experiencing strange behavior with the 2D Plan Preview field in an Interactive Schedule in Archicad 29.

I set the preview scale to:

To Fit (≤ 1:20)

Initially, the schedule displays the 2D element correctly at approximately 1:20. However, the following happens:

  1. Open the Interactive Schedule.

  2. Select the 2D Plan Preview cells.

  3. Set the preview scale to To Fit (≤ 1:20).

  4. Confirm that the previews display correctly.

  5. Return to the Floor Plan.

  6. Reopen the Interactive Schedule.

After reopening the schedule, the preview graphics appear to have changed to approximately 1:100, even though the formatting panel still shows To Fit (≤ 1:20).

The interface therefore reports the correct setting, but the displayed preview uses a different scale. Reapplying the same scale setting temporarily corrects the previews.

Has anyone experienced this behavior or found a permanent solution?

Could this be related to:

  • Schedule cell dimensions

  • Schedule regeneration

  • Model View Options

  • Saved View settings

  • Drawing scale

  • A preview-cache or schedule-refresh issue

Thank you.

You should have a 'View' created for the schedule so you can place it on your layouts.

Check the scale in the view settings.
