I have a window schedule that has the window size (width and height) in two columns showing up as feet, inches, and fractions, then have the rough opening section (width & height) showing up as decimal inches only. Is there a way to convert the decimal inches into feet, inches, and fractions like in the other two columns?

Not that I know of. The units are from the Calculation Units, which only allow decimal display.
