hi all

now i can see the templates which have windows, doors' schedules,

but can i have more? let say, toilet, tap, objects?

Of Course! You're imagination is the limit...


Simply click over to SETTINGS and create a NEW schedule with new criteria... It's really pretty simple.

yes

i found it

but not that simple,

i can show all the objects, but i don't how to show just some

and

all the object in a very long schedule,

how can i print it well?

In the CRITERIA section of the Settings.... you can limit (filter) the objects by LAYER or NAME or PEN COLOR, etc. It will be your job to make sure all the stuff you want in the schedule has that unique identity (all on the same layer, for example) so that your schedule will look right.

iv been doing it by using the lable tool.. lable all of one grupe of itmes i want listed with for example "S1" (for schedule 1 obviously) then if i want another groupe lable them as S2 and so on.. then filter them by there lables..

thho if u need to actually use the lable tool for these items then u will need to work out another way

Try using the ID field instead. Much easier than Labeling. Do this in conjunction with other criteria such as Duane mentioned.

nah... just later on when and if i decide i need or want a shecdule for them ill go and ID the items to suit
