I'm trying to get to "Setup List Schemes" in AC9.
First off I noticed that they had rearranged the menus so I went searching for Setup List Schemes. I had no success in my search so I referred to the online help for AC9 for "Setup List Schemes." Here was my results.
Setup List Schemes is available when the full Calculate menu is made visible in Preferences > Imaging and Calculation.
Ok but when you go to Preferences, Imaging and Calculation does not exist in that location. So I went searching again and found Imaging and Calculation under "Work Environment" but still there is not a setting that I see that allows me to view "Setup List Schemes."
If I'm over looking something simple please let me know.

Thanks,

I made a shortcut to get to "set up list schemes". I'm happy about that because I forgot how to do it the right way. But I think it was under work environment - and I think your profile must be "expert" to get the option.
Do you know how to save the list schemes so that you can use it on another project? I tried to save a profile after I set up my schemes, but it doesn't seem to help.

Stefan,
You are right, the "Expert" mode needs to be activated to have full Access to all of the functions in ArchiCAD.
I'm not sure what it's called in the US version of ArchiCAD, but I know it's not "Expert" it is some thing else.
Cheers.

It is under work environment. I had to setup my menu to show it.

This is a good question...I've been trying to figure out how to move list schemes to other files as well. Can anyone who knows how to do this please offer some advice?
Thanks,

If you need to get to "set up list schemes" and you haven't gone into the Work Environment to make the changes to the calculate menu a quick way is through the Project Map. Right-click (cntrl-click on Mac) on the "lists" folder.

List schemes are stored in *.lis files in a loaded library AFAIK. When you create your own, you choose where to put them... just load that folder into your other projects in Library Manager. I think?

Thank you.
That works. I loaded my list via library manager. And when I want to calculate I find it under "more element lists" - and its there way in the bottom of the list. So now and can start creating list schemes and try to remember to save my .lis files.
