Thermal properties & IFC

Hi all,

I'd like to know if there was a way to define thermal properties for walls, slabs, doors, windows, ..., and to export them in an IFC file. I didn't find a way to add thermal properties to walls' layers for instance.

Thanks in advance.

Try to add NEW Property in Manage IFC Properties.

I found how to add global thermal properties on walls and slabs thanks to the "Manage IFC properties" menu.

However I didn't find a way to give independant thermal properties to layers, which is what my thermal analysis software requires from the IFC file.

Is there any "Manage IFC properties" menu for layers ?

The ARCHICAD property system is not usable for attributes in ARCHICAD (such as building materials, surfaces etc...). Only for elements.
