How does that even make sense? The PLN file, and the data it contains, are not something that would map into a JSON framework in any way that would be usable by anyone even if a special add-on were created to do that. It is possible to export some per-element data from Archicad, but not in JSON format. Perhaps you could explain what your client hopes to actually receive? I wonder if even they know what they are asking.
