Unable to Control Material of Sketchup Object

Not applicable
The imported file have several materials actually. After merging the sketchup file(***.skp) into the Archicad 16. However the setting for the object's material was just one. I could only either choose "Using the materials' material" or assign the objects with only one material in the list.

The following are the information of my computer. The installed add-on is "Google Earth Connections for ArchiCAD 16"

Save the Object as a Morph.
Then modify the materials of its Faces and resave it as an Object.
When resaving all those different materials can be turned into parameters:

Thank you for your tips! It is so strange that sketchup plug in for Archicad 16 is so inconvenient.

Through several test, I find that export skp as 3ds from sketchup, then load the 3ds in AC. This will overcome the material problem.

ps.
Before export the skp as 3ds from sketchup, the object have to be exactly placed at the position(0,0).

If you plan to import more than one 3DS file from SketchUp you may need to edit the texture names. As I recall SketchUp uses generic texture names when it exports the bitmaps. On several projects I have had to rename the textures and then relink them on import to ArchiCAD.
