Unlocking and moving a DWG

How come I can't unlock and move a DWG? Is it a setting thats accidently activated?

I used to be able to move them, all of a sudden, I cannot. Why?

Nevermind 🙂 I had "Suspend groups" active. Turned it of, worked like a charm!
