WTF is wrong with export to dwg

I use to export archicad to acad without any problem, now in Ac11 i have a lot of problems. Simply, lines that must exist are somehow hidden behind nothing.

When i export to dwg, all lines are present but not visible, u can see that in pictures. Is there something that i must do or what ?

I did like it also.
Wipe out is the only way to correctly mask what is masked in Archicad.
Hope it is not gone in AC12 or replace with something else.
