Wall dimensions in IFCxml exported from ArchiCAD 16 Hotfix 2

Hello dear all,

I would like to kindly ask you for support, regarding iFC(xml) export from ArchiCAD 16 (Hotfix2) of WALL elements:

For example we have a wall with the following settings:

• Length = 11.00m
• Height = 3.00m
• Thickness = 1.0m
• Position of element (Wall Selection Settings > Tags & Categories) = Exterior
• Translator settings – please check attached files. The translator is set up, according to Graphisoft's guidelines in this direction

In iFC(xml) formats the area of the wall should be: 33.00 m2 and the Length = 11.00m (and volume = 33.00m3) , but the area appears as 30.00 m2 and the Length = 10.00m (and volume = 30.00 m3), because the Export always takes the axe (middle line of wall) as a wall Length during the export!

Can you help me to Export the same wall, so in iFC(xml) format the wall area appears as BRUTT: 33.00 m2 and the length appears also as brutt (exterior) = 11.00 m?

Thank you in advance for your support!

The values of IFC translation are OK, becose the walls reference lines are in the midle and there are 2 walls in the corners! (the outer lenght is 11m, but the inner lenght is 9m; the mid value is 10m!).
Maybe there must be 2 calculated surfaces (outer= 33m2, and inner=27m2).

Try to move the referene lines on the outside surfaces to obtain yours values.
