What is the standard for low ceiling reduction?

Is it the GS way (see attached image) that is world wide standard? In sweden we use only one height constraint and then enlarge the zone area with 60 cm to calculate ("liveable area"). The way AC is defining it with two different height values doesn't work for me. Are we strange up north or what?

Yeah our Height is 5-feet. So we just set both at 5-foot.

Every building code has a different way ...

... that is why the dialog box has all those checkboxes - so that you can set it up to your standards.
