Where is Fabrizio and Cigraph?!

Hi, I have been trying to get some answers (techsupport) on Cigraph products (ArchiStari,...) but have not been able to get emails backs for about a month from Fabrizio, they use to be very reliable. Does anyone know what is happening?

yesterday I got your e-mail and I immediately replied you but I'm continuing to get the same error message:

"- These recipients of your message have been processed by the mail server:
jharouni@sbcglobal.net; Failed; 4.4.7 (delivery time expired)"

Could you be so kind to tell me if you got or not my reply?

No, I have not, I am getting all my other e-mails including from ArchiTalk! Is the problem from your side or maybe mine!!??
