Window builder glazing screen scrambled

Hi, has anybody had this same problem with the window builder before? When I open up the settings dialog and try to edit the panels the image is all scrambled making it impossible for me to know what I'm editing. The window builder usually runs fine on other projects. Something specifically wrong with this file maybe?

I'm running Archicad 12 on XP.

Cheers, Thomas

Yep just had that happen two weeks ago if you talking about
glazing dialog.
I'm using D&W on 12 and 14.
Each had a different solution.

But it happened to me in 12 with w7 64.
I assume you have the latest update installed?

Is this file one you got from someone else?
I think that was part of the problem with me at least regarding issue with 12.
It had something to do with the Archicad lib that got sent along and did not let the CI lib load correctly if I remember right.
Part of solution was to delete received AC lib to let CI load correctly.
One of the problems,(may have been with 14) was a text file got set wrong), which if I remember correctly was because I had changed screen resolution, which if I can find that file name I'll get back to you.

They are aware of the issue, so a call might work for you since your local to CI.

Hey thanks for the reply lec1212.

Yup I have the latest update for 12. Yes I did receive the file from a workmate who left the office a while ago, and yes I also agree that I think it is to do with the archicad lib. I reinstalled archicad a couple of weeks ago and am wodering if it had to do with having the fresh new lib installed, somewhere along the way something has got muddled. Weird that it has only happened to the one project though.

Will try the CI guys... but seeing as its Friday afternoon maybe on Monday morning

Just in case anyone else was having this problem, I've attached an image of the scrambled glazing dialogue that was meant to be in the first post.

Try this, with Archicad closed,go to C:\Program files\Graphisoft\ArchiCAD 12\ArchiCAD Data folder\Cadi_scrollbar width.txt >Open it and set the value from 17 to 22 and save it. Now try Archicad.Worked for me.

Which in my case ended up being set to 21.
So you could try a few if 22 does not work.
